Request a refund for services provided by VFS BY
To see if you are eligible for a refund of your VFS BY service charges purchased online or at the Visa Application Centre, please refer to our refund policy.
To request a refund from VFS BY before the date of your appointment, please click the link below, log into your account and select 'Your services' link in your account dashboard.
If your appointment date has already passed and you are no longer able to request a refund in ‘Your services’ area of your dashboard, please click the link below to raise a manual refund request.
