Help with your application

For most non-settlement visa applications, you will receive a decision from UK Visas and Immigration within 15 working days from the date you submit your biometrics (fingerprints and photo) at your visa application appointment. If you have applied for a settlement visa, most decisions will be processed within 60 working days from the date of your appointment. Customers who have paid for a Priority or Super Priority Service will receive their decisions in a shorter timeframe, as per the description of the service purchased.

Complaints

Please note that because we are not involved in the decision-making process itself, if your complaint is regarding the outcome or timeliness of your visa application you should make your complaint directly to UK Visas and Immigration directly. Please visit GOV.UK for further information on the UKVI complaint process.

If however you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service you received from our staff at a Visa Application Centre (for example; staff conduct, process handling, appointment issues or service delivery), you can submit a formal complaint using our dedicated complaints form.

To ensure we can investigate your complaint promptly, please provide:

  • Your full name and contact details
  • The Visa Application Centre location
  • Date of your visit
  • A detailed description of the complaint
  • The type of visa you applied for and your application reference number

All complaints are handled in accordance with our internal escalation process. We aim to acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days.
