The first step is to determine which visa type you need, and check whether you’re eligible to apply for it.
We will assist you and help you through the entire visa application process. But we are not permitted to advise or guide you on choosing a visa category.
We have no say in the decision on your visa application and cannot influence how long it will take to process your application.
This is determined by the Lithuanian Embassy/Consulate, which processes your visa application.

Complete the online application form and affix your photograph.
Please ensure that you provide all the required documents as mentioned in the checklist. You can find a list of required docoments here
Applicants who are foreign citizens (except for citizens of the Russian Federation and Ukraine) must make an appointment to submit an application at the Lithuanian Visa Application Centre. As a general rule, every customer has to submit the application in person. Please contact the Visa Application Centre for more information regarding exceptions.

After booking your appointment, you will receive an e-mail confirming your appointment, with a confirmation letter attached.
Submit your visa application with all the required documents at the scheduled time of your appointment. As a general rule, at the appointment every customer has to show up in person. There are some exceptions: for more information please contact the Visa Application Centre. Pay the VFS service fee and the visa fee(s), if applicable.
Please note: your biometrics will be collected during the appointment.

If you would like more detailed tracking information, you may also be able to get updates by SMS sent directly to your phone.
You can also track your visa application status online. Use the Reference Number present on the invoice/receipt issued by the Visa Application Centre along with your Date Of Birth to access this service.
After a decision on your visa application has been made, you can pick up your documents from the Visa Application Centre or have your documents returned to you by courier (if offered by the Visa Application Centre) for an additional fee.
When collecting your documents yourself, please bring:

your valid ID; and

the receipt issued by the Visa Application Centre.
When sending someone else to collect them, please bring:

a letter of authorization;
-
a copy of your valid ID;

the valid ID of the person collecting for you; and
-
the receipt issued to you by the Visa Application Centre.
