The form filling service is no prerequisite to the completeness of the application and does not influence the decision on the application. The Visa Application Centre cannot be responsible for the outcome of the visa application.

Our friendly staff are available to photograph you during your visit to the Visa Application Centre - ensuring that you have a photograph that meets the quality standards required for a visa submission. It’s quick, affordable and easy - and our staff can handle it all for you.

You can save your time by using the "Premium Service".

By ordering this service at the Visa Application Center, you get the opportunity to apply for a visa, submit fingerprints and use the photo service without queues and waiting, on a priority basis in a specially equipped window.

Please note that this service is only available with an appointment to submit documents at the Visa Application Center.

"Premium Service" is available at Visa Application Centers in Brest, Gomel, Grodno, Mogilev, Pinsk, Baranovichi and Lida.

This service is optional and is provided solely at the request of the client.

For a more personalised service at the Visa Application Centre, you can purchase access to our Premium Lounge. Documents are accepted on weekdays from 9:00 to 17:00, except for public holidays.

Please note that this service is only available with an appointment to submit documents at the Visa Application Center.

This service does not guarantee the right to obtain a visa, nor faster processing of your visa application by the Mission. Using the Premium Lounge service does not guarantee the success of your visa application or affect the service standard.

Whether you need an application form or a supporting document, we offer high-quality printing services at our Visa Application Centres.

Our top-quality inks and papers ensure that your application is clear, legible, and fit for submission - meeting the exacting standards required for your visa application.

This service can be availed at the Visa Application Centre during your visit.

The SMS service offered at the Norway Visa Application Center can be availed when submitting your application. If you avail this service, you will receive an SMS once your processed passport is ready for collection. Please ask Application Centre staff for more details on this service at the time of submitting your application. Please note that the number you provide when choosing this service must be correct in order to receive the SMS delivery.

Submit your application beyond the normal processing hours. The exclusive opening hours let you avoid standing in queue and ensures a smooth visa application submission process. All clients wishing to apply outside of working hours can make an appointment at the Visa Application Center in Minsk, Grodno, Brest - from 17:00 to 19:00, Gomel, Mogilev, Baranovichi, Pinsk and Lida - from 16:00 to 19:00 (working days, except holidays). To use this service, you need to sign up for the submission of documents on our website.

Please note that the registration for the next day application is made no later than 17:00 of the current day.

The service fee is charged per application and does not include consular and service fees, as well as other additional services offered by the Visa Application Centre.
