Please be informed that as of 17.09.2025, the pre-booking system at the Visa Application Centre of Lithuania in Minsk for citizens of the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and Ukraine has been cancelled.

Document submission is now possible during the working hours of the Visa Application Centre — from 9:00 to 17:00, without the need to book an appointment in advance.

Pleas be informed that from 14.07.2025 the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania, as well as the Lithuanian Visa Application Centre in Belarus, will switch to the Migris system.

From this moment on, applications filled in the ERM system will not be accepted at the Embassy and the Visa Application Centre, you can fill out the application on the official website https://www.migracija.lt/app/auth/login.

Pleas be informed , that from 11 June 2024 the fee for C visa changed to 90 or 45 EUR (as it was previously EUR 80 for adults and EUR 40 for children aged six to below 12 years).

For nationals of countries which have Visa Facilitation Agreements there are no changes. Therefor for nationals of Belarus visa fee remains 35 EUR according VFA.
