Please note that officers cannot answer questions on your behalf or provide answers based on speculation. The form filling service is no prerequisite to the completeness of the application and does not influence the decision on the application. The Visa Application Centre cannot be responsible for the outcome of the visa application.

The SMS notification service allows you to receive information about the readiness of your application in a timely manner. Please note that the number you provide when choosing this service must be correct in order to receive the SMS delivery.

We offer high quality printing services at our Visa Application Centres. This service can be used at the Visa Application Center during your visit.

If you submit the documents as a family (2-5 members of the family at once) you may opt for a family courier package – your passports will be delivered to one address specified by you.

The fee charged for delivery of one passport varies depending on the place of delivery.

You can save time by using the Premium Counter Service. By ordering this service at the Visa Application Center, you get the opportunity to apply for a visa without waiting in a specially equipped counter, as well as to take biometric data and use the photo service without waiting.

The Premium Counter service can be availed at Visa Application Centers in Brest, Gomel, Grodno, Mogilev, Vitebsk, Pinsk, Baranovichi and Lida.

For a more personalised service at the Visa Application Centre, you can purchase access to our Premium Lounge. Documents are accepted on weekdays from 9:00 to 17:00, except for public holidays.

This service includes:

• Direct access to a Premium Service counter where our staff will verify the documents provided, and take payment in a single location

• Cold and hot beverages available at your disposal

• A dedicated team member assisting during the submission process

• Photocopy services

The Premium Lounge Service can be availed at the Visa Application Center in Minsk.

All services listed above are purely optional. Using these services does not mean your visa application will be processed more quickly or that you will be issued a visa. Your visa application will be processed in the normal way by the Consular Department of Poland Embassy in Minsk/General Consulates of Poland in Grodno and Brest.

All additional services are paid only in the Visa Application Center in the national currency (BYN) according to the exchange rate of the servicing bank on the day of submission. All service charges are inclusive of 20% VAT.
