Our staff will be pleased to take photographs during your visit to the Visa Application Centre, ensuring that the images comply with the standards required for a visa application. The service is quick, convenient and simple: our staff will take care of everything.
Personalized Assistance Service (at the VAC)
Description:
The service provides dedicated assistance throughout all stages of the application submission process.
A personal assistant supports the applicant with form completion, document verification, printing and scanning operations, and also provides assistance in selecting and activating additional services (free and paid).
Premium Lounge
Description:
The service allows applicants to complete the entire application submission process in a dedicated and exclusive area, ensuring high standards of comfort and privacy.
Included are personalized assistance, hot and cold beverages with light snacks, support from a dedicated assistant, printing services and Internet access.
Document Printing (per page) in black and white or colour
Description:
High-quality colour document printing service.
SMS Service
Description:
The SMS service offered at the Centre can be requested when submitting a visa application. With this service, you will receive an SMS when your processed passport is ready for collection. Please ask the Centre staff for detailed information about this service at the time of application submission. Please note that the telephone number provided must be correct in order to receive the SMS notification.
Prime Time Appointment
Description:
This exclusive service allows applicants to submit their visa application before or after the normal opening hours of the visa application centre, as well as during weekends, when the VAC is generally closed to the public.
The service is particularly suitable for busy professionals who cannot visit the centre during normal working hours.
Courier Service
Description:
Receive your documents quickly and directly at your home or office.
Safe, fast and convenient: we will arrange the return of your documents and passport to the location and at the time of your choice.
Thanks to this service, it is possible to save time and travel costs without having to arrange multiple visits to the Visa Application Centre.
On-Demand Mobile Biometric Service*
Description:
The service allows applicants to submit their visa application at the location and time most convenient for them.
A qualified VFS team will visit the specified address to collect biometric data and receive the documents, ensuring a convenient and efficient application submission process.
The use of additional services does not imply faster processing of the visa application, nor does it guarantee visa issuance. Documents will be processed by the Embassy according to standard timelines. All services are optional and provided at the applicant’s discretion and do not form part of the consular fee or the VFS service fee.
Additional services are payable exclusively at the Visa Application Centre and only in the national currency (Belarusian rubles). All fees include 20% VAT.
