Who are we?

Limited Liability Company “VFS BY” ( hereinafter referred to as LLC VFS BY ) is a commercial company, working in partnership for the Hungarian Embassy, to provide support services to people applying for a visa to enter Hungary.

What does LLC VFS BY do?

LLC VFS BY manages Visa Application Centre for the Hungarian Embassy, where you should submit your completed visa application form, supporting documents and biometric data.

LLC VFS BY also provides a range of services to make applying for a visa as simple and quick as possible. These services include:

Who decides if I will get a visa?

Your visa application will be processed and decided by Hungarian Embassy staffLLC VFS BY and its staff do not play any part in or influence the outcome of your visa application. LLC VFS BY can only provide services to ensure that your visa application is correctly filled in and submitted.
