All applicants who intend to apply for a visa must be scheduled for an appointment, including minor children and children entered in a parent’s passport. Please note that the appointment system allows you to create a single booking for all members of the same travel party. To do so, select the "Add Applicant" option during the appointment booking process.

If during the check of registration at the Visa Application Centre an error in the category indicated during registration is detected, your documents will not be accepted.

We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that organised groups - for the purposes of travel: Organised Children's Tourism; Cultural, Sports and Scientific Activities - should send a request for registration in advance to the Embassy's e-mail address - [email protected].
