Using these services does not mean your visa application will be processed more quickly or that you will be issued a visa. Your visa application will be processed in the normal way by the Consular Department of the Embassy of Ukraine in Minsk.
All additional services are paid only in the Visa Application Center in the national currency (BYN). All service charges are inclusive of VAT.

Form Filling
Description:
Our team will help you complete your paperwork - whether you are applying online or at the Visa Application Centre.
Our staff will guide you through the process from start to finish, explaining the questions, and recording your answers. Please note, they cannot answer questions on your behalf or fill in answers based on assumptions.
SMS
Description:
The SMS service offered at the Visa Application Centre can be availed when submitting your application. If you avail this service, you will receive an SMS once your processed passport is ready for collection. Please ask VAC staff for more details on this service at the time of submitting your application. Please note that the number you provide when choosing this service must be correct in order to receive the SMS delivery.

Description:
You can apply for a visa in a quick, personalized and comfortable manner. The service includes:

Prime Time service
Description:
Submit your application beyond the normal processing hours. The exclusive opening hours let you avoid standing in queue and ensures a smooth visa application submission process.
Premium Lounge
Description:
For a more personalised service at the Visa Application Centre, you can purchase access to our Premium Lounge. You can also purchase this service during your visit to our Visa Application Centre at any given time, simply by informing a staff member.
This service includes:

Direct access to a Premium Service counter where our staff will verify the documents provided, and take payment in a single location

Cold and hot beverages available at your disposal

A dedicated team member assisting during the submission process

The option of submitting any missing documents before 16:00 the same day
This service does not guarantee the right to obtain a visa, nor faster processing of your visa application by the Mission. Using the Premium Lounge service does not guarantee the success of your visa application or affect the service standard.
On Demand Mobile Visa service
Description:
Visa Application Centre offers On Demand Mobile Visa service for a cost effective price, listed in the table below. Prices mentioned in the table below are the prices for mobile biometrics service only and does not cover visa fee, service fee and travel costs.
Customer can book On Demand Mobile Visa service for self, family or group which will make it much more cost effective for customers.
Please note fees for Mobile Visa service DO NOT include the Visa Fee and VFS Service Fee for processing of the application and road expenses.
