Dear Customers,

Please refer to the operating schedule of the Ukrainian Visa Center for December 2025 and January 2026:

08.12.2025- Last day for submitting documents.

From 09.12.2025-31.12.2025-The Visa Application Center works only for consultations and passport collection.

From 01.01.2026 to 04.01.2026 and 07.01.2026- the Ukrainian Visa Center will be closed.

05.01.2026- First regular working day.

Please plan your document submission in advance.

Applicants are advised to beware of fraudulent entities who charge fees for scheduling appointments using VFS Global’s name or independently. Visa appointments are available online on first-come first-serve basis as per the directives of the client governments we serve. We do not charge any additional payment for scheduling appointments. As a responsible service provider, we make every effort to inform applicants to beware of fraudulent third-party entities who charge fees from customers for scheduling appointments.

Dear clients, Please pay your attention to changes for invitation requirements. Only original invitation is accepted for submission. Also, the text of the invitation must contain the last name, first name of the individual, passport details or temporary or permanent residence permit (for foreigners and stateless persons), residential address, as well as the last name, first name of the invited person, information about his date of birth, place of birth, as well as passport details.
