Valid passport or travel documents

Issued during the past ten years valid for at least 3 months from the date of the planned return (in urgent cases in case justified this criterion may be omitted) with at least 2 blank pages dedicated for visas

Printout of your completed visa application form

Only small manual amendments to this form will be accepted at the visa application centre or you may opt for the Application Form Filling Service at the Visa Centre.

Refer to the guidelines for your visa type for the documents you must provide

Remember, that the diplomatic mission reserves the right to request for additional documents during the application.

Color photograph

A valid color photograph of 3.5 x 4.5 cm (in accordance with Article 10 of the Visa Code (EU) No. 810/2009 dated 13 July 2009
