Our value-added services are optional and come at an additional cost. They have no bearing on expediting your visa process or favourable decision-making.
At the Visa Application Center, you can use the following additional services when submitting your application.

Form Filling
Description:
The form filling service is voluntary and is not related to the general help and information to the customer which remains free of charge. The form filling service is no prerequisite to the completeness of the application and does not influence the decision on the application. The Visa Application Centre cannot be responsible for the outcome of the visa application.
SMS
Description:
The SMS service offered at the Latvia Visa Application Center can be availed when submitting your application. If you avail this service, you will receive an SMS once your processed passport is ready for collection. Please ask Application Centre staff for more details on this service at the time of submitting your application. Please note that the number you provide when choosing this service must be correct in order to receive the SMS delivery.
Photobooth (set of 4 photos)
Description:
There are a number of requirements your photos need to meet to be included in your application. We are the experts in capturing photos that perfectly match the specifications needed, so why not let us take care of this for you.
Photocopy Service (per page)
Description:
If desired customers can purchase photocopy directly at the Visa Application Center.
Printing Service (per page)
Description:
Support your Visa Application Centre with high-quality printed documents.
Whether you need an application form or a supporting document, we offer high-quality printing services at our Visa Application Centres.
Our top-quality inks and papers ensure that your application is clear, legible, and fit for submission - meeting the exacting standards required for your visa application.
This service can be availed at the Visa Application Centre during your visit.
Premium Lounge
Description:
For a more personalised service at the Visa Application Centre, you can purchase access to our Premium Lounge. Documents are accepted on weekdays from 9:00 to 17:00, except for public holidays.
This service includes:
- Direct access to a Premium Service counter where our staff will verify the documents provided, and take payment in a single location
- Cold and hot beverages available at your disposal
- A dedicated team member assisting during the submission process
- Photocopy services

This service does not guarantee the right to obtain a visa, nor faster processing of your visa application by the Mission. Using the Premium Lounge service does not guarantee the success of your visa application or affect the service standard.
Premium service counter
Description:
You can save your time by using the "Premium Service". By ordering this service at the Visa Application Center, you get the opportunity to apply for a visa, submit fingerprints and use the photo service without queues and waiting, on a priority basis in a specially equipped window.
"Premium Service" is available at Visa Application Centers in Minsk and Vitebsk.
This service is optional and is provided solely at the request of the client.
Courier delivery Individual
Description:
Get your documents delivered quickly and directly to your home or office.
Safe, fast and convenient -we’ll arrange the return of your documents and passports directly to you, at a time and location of your choosing.
Save time and travel costs, with no need to arrange multiple visits to the Visa Application Centre.
The cost of courier delivery services depends on the place where the passport will be delivered.
Courier delivery Family
Description:
You can choose to have your passport delivered back to your address by choosing this service while submitting your application. Our employees in the Visa Application Centre will collect the required address from you and your passport will be returned through a courier service.
If you submit the documents as a family (2-5 members of the family at once) you may opt for a family courier package – your passports will be delivered to one address specified by you
The fee charged for delivery of one passport varies depending on the place of delivery.

Description:
Submit your visa application from the comfort and safety of your home, office or any other preferred location with our On Demand Mobile Visa Center service.
Customers can order On Demand Mobile Visa Center service for themselves, their family or group, which makes this service much more beneficial for those wishing to apply for a visa.
