You can choose to have your passport delivered back to your address by choosing this service while submitting your application. Our employees in the Visa Application Centre will collect the required address from you and your passport will be returned through a courier service.

The fee charged for delivery of one passport varies depending on the place of delivery. Please refer to the below roster for the prices per passport:

• Individual Delivery Zone 1 (with accordance to main list of served settlements) 27 BYN

• Individual delivery Zone 2 (to other locations) 45 BYN

• Individual Express delivery (delivery on the day of receive passport from the Embassy, is carried out in Minsk only) 45 BYN

• Change of delivery address indicated due to documents submission 12 BYN

If you submit the documents as a family or group (2-5 people at once) you may opt for a group courier package – your passports will be delivered to one address.

You may still opt for the Courier delivery of ready passport(s) even if you have not ordered Courier delivery during the application submission, and your application(s) is currently being processed at the diplomatic Mission/your passport(s) is ready for collection at the Visa Application Center. In line with the public offer agreement, the Customer can order Courier delivery after submission via telephone, postal, facsimile, electronic or other means (including e-mail). When the request for courier after submission is received the Visa Application Center sends an electronic receipt to the e-mail address specified by the customer in the request. Payment of the receipt is considered as the acceptance of changing the terms of the public offer agreement in the part of ordering the additional service of Courier delivery of ready passport(s).

The form filling service is voluntary and is not related to the general help and information to the customer, which remains free of charge. The form filling service is no prerequisite to the completeness of the application and does not influence the decision on the application. The Visa Application Centre cannot be responsible for the outcome of the visa application.

If desired customers can purchase photocopy directly at the Visa Application Center.

You can take a photo for your application form in the Visa Application Center.

The SMS service offered at the Visa Application Centre can be availed when submitting your application. If you avail this service, you will receive an SMS once your processed passport is ready for collection. Please ask VAC staff for more details on this service at the time of submitting your application. Please note that the number you provide when choosing this service must be correct in order to receive the SMS delivery.

If desired customers can use the service of printing documents directly at the Visa Application Center. The printout of the application form completed by the customer at the Visa Center is free of charge.

For a more personalized service at the Visa Application Centre, you can purchase access to our Premium Lounge. Documents are accepted by appointment on weekdays from 9:00 to 16:00 except public holidays.

Visa Application Centre offers On Demand Mobile Visa service for a cost effective price, listed in the table below. Prices mentioned in the table below are the prices for mobile biometrics service only and does not cover visa fee, service fee and travel costs.

Customer can book On Demand Mobile Visa service for self, family or group which will make it much more cost effective for customers.

Please note fees for Mobile Visa service DO NOT include the Visa Fee and VFS Service Fee for processing of the application and road expenses.

If you don’t have an opportunity to apply for a visa during the Visa Application Centre working hours, you may schedule an appointment after the usual working hours with the Prime Time service.

All customers wishing to apply for a visa after the working hours can schedule an appointment to the Visa Centre in Minsk from 17-00 to 19-00 (working days, except Holidays). To use this service, you need to sign up for the submission of documents on our website.

Please note, that the appointment should be scheduled until 17:00 of the day prior to the expected submission date.

The cost of this service is 165 BYN. Visa and Service fees and all the other additional services provided by the Visa Application Center are not included in this price.

Important Information:

Using these services does not mean your visa application will be processed more quickly or that you will be issued a visa. Your visa application will be processed in the normal way by the Consular Department of the Embassy of Ireland in Moscow.
