Please be informed that, effective 1 October 2026, the service fee at all Hungary Visa Application Centres will be revised.

The new service fee will be EUR 22 per application.

Please note that all fees are payable in Belarusian rubles, based on the exchange rate applicable on the date of payment.

Kindly take this change into account when planning the submission of your applications.

We would like to inform you that, effective 03 September 2026, the agreement between Hungary and Sweden regarding visa representation has been extended on a long-term basis.

As a result, the Hungary Visa Application Centre in the Republic of Belarus will continue to accept visa applications for Sweden. The list of required documents can be found on our website as well as on the website of the Embassy of Hungary.

For appointments related to all travel purposes except tourism, business, friends visiting, cultural and sports events, please contact the Visa Application Centre by email at [email protected]. In your email, please provide your name and contact telephone number. If you intend to submit applications together with other family members or as part of a group, please include the names of all applicants in your request.

Kindly do not send personal data or supporting documents containing such information by email.

Appointments for applicants travelling for the purpose of visiting close relatives are arranged through the Consular Section of the Embassy of Hungary. Please refer to the Embassy's website and the section dedicated to Schengen Visas for Sweden for further information.

The Visa Application Centre continues to operate as normal and accepts visa applications for Sweden in accordance with the applicable rules and procedures.

Please be informed that starting from May 18, 2026, the Hungary Visa Application Centre in the Republic of Belarus will commence accepting visa applications for Sweden. The list of required documents can be found on our website as well as on the website of the Embassy of Hungary.

For appointments for Sweden for all travel purposes except tourism, business, cultural or training, events or activities kindly send a request to the Visa Application Centre’s email: [email protected]. Please include your name and contact phone number in your email. Kindly note that if you are planning to apply together with other family members or as part of a group, each applicant must be booked for an individual appointment (all applicants’ names should be indicated in the email). Please do not send any personal data or other documents containing such information via email.

Additional services change

Dear Clients,

Please be informed that from January 3rd, 2025 the prices for Additional Services available at the Visa Application Centres of Hungary will be set in Euro. Additional Service Fee is to be paid in Belarusian rubles according to the exchange rate of the servicing bank on the day of application.

Pleas be informed , that from 11 June 2024 the fee for C visa changed to 90 or 45 EUR (as it was previously EUR 80 for adults and EUR 40 for children aged six to below 12 years).

For nationals of countries which have Visa Facilitation Agreements there are no changes. Therefor for nationals of Belarus visa fee remains 35 EUR according VFA.

Please note that when registering through the online module on the website, you can book your appointment for any purpose of your travel, both to Hungary and Switzerland. For organized groups traveling to Hungary for the purpose of "Culture/Sport", as well as for clients traveling to Switzerland for all purposes of travel except tourism, registration is also carried out by e-mail.
