The Premium Lounge service is available for those applicants who would like to experience a dedicated service in a comfortable lounge and includes the following:

• comfortable atmosphere;
• special assistance offered by Visa Application Centre employee;
• printing and photocopying facility;
• tea/coffee, soft drinks and refreshments;
• television, magazines and newspapers;
• dedicated information helpdesks via phone and e-mails;
• the ability to pay for all services in the premium lounge avoiding the common cashier desks.

This service does not guarantee the right to obtain a visa, nor faster processing of your visa application by the Mission. Using the Premium Lounge service does not guarantee the success of your visa application or affect the service standard.

You can choose to have your passport delivered back to your address by choosing this service while submitting your application. Our employees in the Visa Application Centre will collect the required address from you and your passport will be returned through a courier service. The fee charged for delivery of one passport varies depending on the place of delivery. Please refer to the below roster for the prices per passport:

• Individual Delivery Zone 1 (with accordance to main list of served settlements): 18 BYN
• Individual delivery Zone 2 ( to other locations) : 30 BYN

If you submit the documents as a family or group (2-5 people at once) you may opt for a group courier package – your passports will be delivered to one address.

The fee charged for delivery varies depending on the place of delivery. Please refer to the below roster for the prices per package of 2-5 passports:

• Group delivery Zone 1 (with accordance to main list of served settlements): 30 BYN
• Group delivery Zone 2 (to other locations): 60 BYN

You may still opt for the Courier delivery of ready passport(s) even if you have not ordered Courier delivery during the application submission, and your application(s) is currently being processed at the diplomatic Mission/your passport(s) is ready for collection at the Visa Application Center. Please contact us by e-mail, or call to order this service.

In line with the public offer agreement, the Customer can order Courier delivery after submission via telephone, postal, facsimile, electronic or other means (including e-mail). When the request for courier after submission is received the Visa Application Center sends an electronic receipt to the e-mail address specified by the customer in the request. Payment of the receipt is considered as the acceptance of changing the terms of the public offer agreement in the part of ordering the additional service of Courier delivery of ready passport(s).

The SMS service offered at the Visa Application Centre can be availed when submitting your application. If you avail this service, you will receive an SMS once your processed passport is ready for collection. Please ask VAC staff for more details on this service at the time of submitting your application. Please note that the number you provide when choosing this service must be correct in order to receive the SMS delivery.

Not to worry. Our friendly staff available to photograph you during your visit to the Visa Application Centre - ensuring that you have a photograph that meets the quality standards required for visa submission. It’s quick, affordable and easy - and our staff can handle it all for you.

Our top quality inks and papers ensure that your application is clear, legible and fit for submission - meeting the exacting standards required for your visa application.

This service can be availed at the Visa Application Centre during your visit.

You can use expedited delivery of documents to the Croatian Embassy in Moscow and back to the Croatian Visa Application Center in Minsk.

The cost of the service is 46 BYN per application.

Submit your application beyond the normal processing hours. The exclusive opening hours let you avoid standing in queue and ensures a smooth visa application submission process.

Digital documents check service is available for those applicants who would like to pre-check documents before visiting the visa center.

To order a service, you need to send a request to [email protected]. Please send your contact phone number as well. Payment for the service has to be done through the ERIP system in the national currency (BYN) after a visa center staff will contact you.

This service does not guarantee either eligibility for a visa or faster processing of your visa application by the Embassy/Consulate. Using the Document Pre-Check service does not guarantee the success of your visa application and does not affect the standard of service.

Important Information:

Using these services does not mean your visa application will be processed more quickly or that you will be issued a visa. Your visa application will be processed in the normal way by the Consular Department of the Embassy of Croatia in Moscow.

All services listed above are purely optional.

All additional services are paid only in the Visa Application Center in the national currency (BYN) in cash or by card. All service charges are inclusive of 20% VAT.
