All Belarus citizens when entering Finland and other countries under the Schengen agreement have to apply for a visa. Before applying, please ensure you are very clear on your ‘purpose of visit’. Estonia is representing Finland in Belarus and therefore Schengen visa to Finland has to be obtained from the Embassy of Estonia.

All seasonal visa applicants are allowed to submit application in Visa Application Centre in Minsk.

Applications cannot be submitted earlier than six (6) months before the start of the planned journey. The application process begins when the applicant personally submits his or her visa application and other supporting documents to the VAC or the mission.
