On Demand Mobile Visa service
Visa Application Centre offers On Demand Mobile Visa service for a cost effective price, listed in the table below.
Prices mentioned in the table below are the prices for mobile biometrics service only and does not cover visa fee, service fee and travel costs.
Applicant can book Mobile Biometrics service for self, family or group which will make it much more cost effective for visa applicants.

Medical insurance
Applicants can purchase medical insurance directly at the Visa Application Center. This service is not mandatory and provided only by the request of the applicants.
Visa Application Form Filling Service (26 BYN per application form)
Applicants can have their Schengen application forms filled in at one of the Visa Application Centers in Belarus. An employee of the Visa Application Centre will fill in the data given by the applicant into an electronic form and attach a print-out to the supporting documents. The data entered is based on the information given by the applicant.
The form filling service is voluntary and is not related to the general help and information to the applicant which remains free of charge. The form filling service is no prerequisite to the completeness of the application and does not influence the decision on the application. The Visa Application Centre cannot be responsible for the outcome of the visa application.
Courier Service (starting from 24 BYN per one passport)
You can choose to have your passport delivered back to your address by choosing this service while submitting your application. Our employees in the Visa Application Centre will collect the required address from you and your passport will be returned through a courier service.
The fee charged for delivery of one passport varies depending on the place of delivery. Please refer to the below roster for the prices per passport:

Family Courier Package
If you submit the documents as a family (2-5 members of the family at once) you may opt for a family courier package – your passports will be delivered to one address specified by you.
The fee charged for delivery varies depending on the place of delivery. Please refer to the below roster for the prices per package of 2-5 passports:

Courier After Submission (starting from 24 BYN per one passport)
You may still opt for the Courier delivery of ready passport(s) even if you have not ordered Courier delivery during the application submission, and your application(s) is currently being processed at the diplomatic Mission/your passport(s) is ready for collection at the Visa Application Center. Please contact us by e-mail [email protected] to order this service. You may refer to the prices for Courier delivery after submission service here.
In line with the public offer agreement, the Customer can order Courier delivery after submission via telephone, postal, facsimile, electronic or other means (including e-mail). When the request for courier after submission is received the Visa Application Center sends an electronic receipt to the e-mail address specified by the customer in the request. Payment of the receipt is considered as the acceptance of changing the terms of the public offer agreement in the part of ordering the additional service of Courier delivery of ready passport(s).

SMS Service (8 BYN for each application)
The SMS service offered at the Visa Application Centre can be availed when submitting your application. If you avail this service, you will receive an SMS once your processed passport is ready for collection. Please ask VAC staff for more details on this service at the time of submitting your application. Please note that the number you provide when choosing this service must be correct in order to receive the SMS delivery.
Photobooth Facility (22 BYN)
Applicants are able to take and print an instant photo using our Photobooth facility.
Price is for a set of 4 photos
Personal Assistance Service (74 BYN per applicant)
You can apply for a visa in a more QUICK, PERSONALIZED and COMFORTABLE manner.
You will be able to submit your application without any waiting at a dedicated counter:
Assistance with filling visa application form & supporting documents;
Priority service right from the entrance to the Visa Center to submission, payment & biometrics;
Minimal waiting times for the applicants.
The change of 74 BYN is over and above the visa fee, service fee or any other additional service charges.
Premium Lounge Service (203 BYN).
The Premium Lounge service is available for those applicants who would like to experience a dedicated service in a comfortable lounge and includes the following:
- comfortable atmosphere;
- special assistance offered by Visa Application Centre employee;
- printing and photocopying facility;
- tea/coffee, soft drinks and refreshments;
- television, magazines and newspapers;
- dedicated information helpdesks via phone and e-mails;
- the ability to pay for all services in the premium lounge avoiding the common cashier desks.

Important Note: Using the Premium Lounge service will not influence the visa processing time, visa issuance or the duration of the visa. Visa and Service fees and all the other additional services provided by the Visa Application Center are not included in this price.
Prime Time service (149 BYN per applicant).
If you don’t have an opportunity to apply for a visa during the Visa Application Centre working hours, you may schedule an appointment after the usual working hours with the Prime Time service.
All applicants wishing to apply for an Estonia Schengen visa after the working hours can schedule an appointment to the Visa Centre in Minsk, Grodno, Gomel, Brest, Mogilev, Baranovichi, Pinsk,Lida and Vitebsk from 17-00 to 19-00 (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, except Holidays)
To schedule a prime time appointment, please, call + 375173022767. You may also book an appointment by coming to the Visa Center and approaching the Visa Center staff.
Please note, that the appointment should be scheduled until 17:00 of the day prior to the expected submission date.
The cost of this service is 149 BYN. Visa and Service fees and all the other additional services provided by the Visa Application Center are not included in this price.
Premium Counter Service (81 BYN for 1 application)
By opting for this service at the Visa Center you may submit your Visa application form, biometrics and have a photo done at a dedicated Premium Counter without queues and waiting.
Premium Counter Service is available in Brest, Grodno, Mogilev, Gomel, Vitebsk, Baranovichi, Lida and Pinsk Visa Application Centers.
This service is purely optional and does not influence visa processing time, visa issuance or the duration of the visa. Visa and service fees and all the other additional services provided by the Visa Application Center are not included in this price.
Photocopy (1 BYN per page)
If desired applicants can purchase photocopy directly at the Visa Application Center.
Price is per page.
Printout services (1 BYN per page)
If desired applicants use the service of printing documents directly at the Visa Application Center. The printout of the application form completed by the applicant at the Visa Center is free of charge.

Important Information:
Using these services does not mean your visa application will be processed more quickly or that you will be issued a visa. Your visa application will be processed in the normal way by the Consular Department of the Embassy of Estonia in Minsk

All additional services are paid only in the Visa Application Center in the national currency (BYN) in cash, through credit or debit card. All service charges are inclusive of VAT.
