You can choose to have your passport delivered back to your address by choosing this service while submitting your application. Our employees in the Visa Application Centre will collect the required address from you and your passport will be returned through a courier service.

Applying for a visa can be complex, especially if you are making your first application. Our team will help you successfully complete your paperwork - whether you are applying online or at the Danish Visa Application Centre.

Our staff will guide you through the process from start to finish, explaining the questions, and recording your answers. Please note, they cannot answer questions on your behalf, or fill in answers based on assumptions.

The SMS service offered at the Visa Application Centre can be availed when submitting your application. If you avail this service, you will receive an SMS once your processed passport is ready for collection. Please ask VAC staff for more details on this service at the time of submitting your application. Please note that the number you provide when choosing this service must be correct in order to receive the SMS delivery.

For a more personalised service at the Visa Application Centre, you can purchase access to our Premium Lounge. You can also purchase this service during your visit to our Visa Application Centre at any given time, simply by informing a staff member.

This service includes:

• Direct access to a Premium Service counter where our staff will verify the documents provided, and take payment in a single location
• Cold and hot beverages available at your disposal
• A dedicated team member assisting during the submission process
• Photocopy, Printing

This service does not guarantee the right to obtain a visa, nor faster processing of your visa application by the Mission. Using the Premium Lounge service does not guarantee the success of your visa application or affect the service standard.

You can choose to have your passport delivered back to your address in Russia by choosing this service while submitting your application. Our employees in the Visa Application Centre will collect the required address from you and your passport will be returned through a courier service.

Please note that delivery is available in the limited list of cities. For more details about list of cities and delivery timelines please contact Visa Application Centre staff or helpline.

Denmark’s visa customers can submit an application for a Schengen visa handled by a Danish Embassy through courier, if fingerprints in an earlier application for a Schengen visa have been recorded within the last 59 months. This option does not includes also the VFS fee and the courier fee for resending the passport if the process done back to your place. If it appears that the fingerprints prove not to be recorded, not to be present in the Schengen Visa System, or if the earlier fingerprints are in a condition/quality that cannot be used, you will be asked to appear in person at the VFS VAC to have the fingerprints recorded (or re-recorded), This is always the applicant’s own responsibility to use the courier service option.
