Please be informed that the Danish Embassy’s processing time in visa cases is currently 17 days, when all required documentation has been provided. This period does not include the time of delivery of documents from Minsk to London and back. Delivery may take up to 27 business days.

Please note that the processing period starts not from the date the documents are submitted at the Visa Application Centre, but from the date the application is registered by the Embassy in the visa system. In certain cases, where additional checks are required or the application is referred to the Danish Immigration Service, the processing time may be extended.

Effective Monday 2 February, Russian nationals resident in the Russian Federation can no longer apply for a Schengen visa in Minsk, Belarus.

Foreign citizens (including citizens of the Russian Federation) holding a residence permit in Belarus can still apply for a visa to Denmark through the Danish Visa Application Centre in Minsk.
