Please be informed that the Danish Embassy’s processing time in visa cases is currently 25 days, when all required documentation has been provided. This period does not include the time of delivery of documents from Minsk to London and back. Delivery may take up to 27 business days.

The case processing time is calculated from the day the Embassy register the application in the visa system. It is not calculated from the time you apply online or submit the application at a VFS centre.

Effective Monday 2 February, Russian nationals resident in the Russian Federation can no longer apply for a Schengen visa in Minsk, Belarus.

Foreign citizens (including citizens of the Russian Federation) holding a residence permit in Belarus can still apply for a visa to Denmark through the Danish Visa Application Centre in Minsk.

Citizens of the Russian Federation must provide a biometric passport when applying for a type C visa and residence permit to Denmark. Non-biometric passports will not be accepted.
