VFS Global does not provide assistance in job searches, employer engagement and/or employment documentation preparation.
Instead, VFS Global provides a facility to submit the documents for the issuance of an Employee Card and Entry Visa to the Czech Republic to customers who have already been enrolled in the Qualified Worker Programme.
Applicants of the Czech Republic Employee card Programme will receive a confirmation from the Embassy of Czech republic specifying the date and time to come to the VFS Global Application Center.

Visit the VFS Global Application Center at the appointed time. You’ll have to submit your complete visa application form at the Visa Application Centre in person. Find out What happens at the Visa Application Centre.

All applicable fees are to be paid at the Application Center in Belarussian rubles at the date of submission.

After application submission in the Application Centre you can check the status of your application online or via our Call Centre.
For online tracking please provide unique reference number mentioned in the ICR issued by the submission officer of the Application Centre and your last name as per your passport Latin transcription.

The standard time for application processing is 60 days and can sometimes be extended up to 90 days.
As soon as the Consulate General receives a decision from the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic, the customer will be informed about this via SMS or letter and has to visit the Embassy of the Czech republic to collect the decision in person
