Our value-added services are optional and come at an additional cost. They have no bearing on expediting your visa process or favourable decision-making.
VFS Global offers a wide range of services designed to provide you a smooth and seamless visa submission experience.
Please note, the additional services are optional, and carry an extra charge over and above the VFS Global service charges.
Mode of Payment of VFS Global fees: visa fee and all other optional additional services shall be paid in cash / card at the VAC in Belarusian rubles.
A formal receipt will be generated for every completed transaction.

Courier Fees
Description:

Express Courier Fees
Description:
The express courier service is an enhancement to the regular courier service. This service will enable applicants to have their passport and documents delivered to them on the same day at a place of their convenience instead of receiving it as per scheduled delivery through the regular courier service. If you opt for this service. You can purchase the service at the application center. Please enquire about this service when you submit your visa application.

Courier After Submission Fees
Description:
You can still opt for the courier service (UPS) to receive your passport in the address that you provide after submission of documents. The service can be booked via e-mail [email protected] or phone line.
Assisted Form Filling Service
Description:
Applying for a visa can be complex, especially if you are making your first application. Our team will help you successfully complete your paperwork - whether you are applying online or at the Visa Application Centre.
Our staff will guide you through the process from start to finish, explaining the questions, and record your answers. Please note, they cannot answer questions on your behalf, or fill in answers based on assumptions.
Please kindly note that all Value-Added Services are optional and voluntary and have no impact on the processing time or the outcome of the visa application.

Description:
Submitting high quality copies of your key documents is an essential part of the application process. If you bring all your documents with you, we can help to make sure you can take all the copies you need.
SMS
Description:
The SMS service offered at the Visa Application Centre can be availed when submitting your application. If you avail this service, you will receive an SMS once your processed passport is ready for collection. Please ask VAC staff for more details on this service at the time of submitting your application. Please note that the number you provide when choosing this service must be correct in order to receive the SMS delivery.

This service does not guarantee the right to obtain a visa, nor faster processing of your visa application by the Mission. Using the Premium Lounge service does not guarantee the success of your visa application or affect the service standard.
Prime Time Appointment
Description:
If you don’t have an opportunity to apply for a visa during the Visa Application Centre working hours, you may schedule an appointment after the usual working hours with the Prime-Time service.
All customers wishing to apply for an Austria Schengen visa after the working hours can schedule an appointment to the Visa Centre in Minsk from 16-00 to 19-00 (working days, except Holidays). To use this service, you need to sign up for the submission of documents on our website.
Please note, that the appointment should be scheduled until 17:00 of the day prior to the expected submission date.
Visa and Service fees and all the other additional services provided by the Visa Application Center are not included in the price.
