The Royal Norwegian Embassy in London is undergoing major renovation work from April 2025, with an estimated project completion by the end of 2026.
Please note that some occasional closure will occur in the beginning of July 2026 due to the renovation work.
Due to the ongoing renovations, the estimated time for processing applications could be longer, and the availability of appointments could be limited. We are operating with reduced working hours from the Embassy and consequently our capacity is significantly limited. We are currently unable to meet the full demand for appointments.

We would like to remind you that all documents that are handed in with Schengen visas applications that are not official documents (birth certificate, marriage certificate) has to be translated into the English (eg invitations, letters from companies, etc).

Change of the VFS Service Charge effective January 1, 2024
The VFS Service Charge will be changed to 75 € effective January 1, 2024. VFS service fee is to be paid in Belarusian rubles according to the rate defined by the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus.
Please note, the customer still may request to have the passport returned from the Embbasy of Norway in London while the application is in progress. If the passport is requested back by the Embassy for the Visa sticker, then the applicant will be requested to resubmit the passport and will have to bear the logistic fee again, which is equals 67.5 €.
